Everything you need to know...

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?

We are located in Naples. Travel within 50 miles from zip code 34119 is included in our package pricing. Additional mileage to be included in custom quote, based on venue location. We can set up just about anywhere, from your own backyard to the beach.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend booking as far in advance of your desired date as possible. In most cases we require at least 72 hours advanced booking.

DO YOU ONLY OFFER PICNICS?

We also offer event planning services for proposals, showers, birthdays parties and corporate events. Whatever you need, we're here to work our magic!

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN LOCATION?

Of course, it’s your day! We also have a list of preferred locations that will be provided to you should you need assistance.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD & DRINKS?

Sparkling beverages, water and ice are included in all packages. We can provide a charcuterie board, fruit board or dessert board which would be an additional cost to your picnic. If you prefer to bring your own food, you are more than welcome.

We don’t provide alcohol for any of our picnics. Whether it’s a public or private space, rules may apply. Either way, we will provide tableware to accommodate your plans!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY?

To secure your date on our calendar, we’ll need a 50% deposit and a signed contract to get the fun started! See terms and conditions for more.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Upon booking, we will always request an alternative indoor location that we can move to, should the weather take a turn. We can’t refund your booking, but if available we can reschedule your picnic to another date or set up in an indoor location!

CAN I USE YOUR SETUP IN A PHOTOSHOOT?

Definitely! We would love to be part of your special day. We have a preferred photographer or you are welcome to arrange your own. Contact us for more information!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We do not allow pets. There are some circumstances where pets may be requested for photoshoots or proposals, in which case we will make an exception which will require a non-refundable cleaning fee.

DO YOU DO CHARCUTERIE WITHOUT A PICNIC?

We sure do!! Have a company party, big gathering or just a girl's night in you want some grazing boards for? We've got you!
