How it works.
The booking process
01.
Submit a contact form.
Include your requested date and time with your contact info, & within 24 hours we will email to confirm availability and send over a $250 deposit invoice to hold your date! Once your date is secure, we will schedule a 20 min phone consultati0n with our design team to go over details! We can't wait to get started!

02.
Design Consultation.
Your scheduled phone consult with our design team is where we will go over our packages and your preferences for the event! Location, time, colors, upgrades and add-ons- we will go over it all and build the event of your dreams! Thank you for trusting our creativity and design- we hope to wow you with your custom event!
03.
Itemized invoice & Contract.
Following your design consult we will get to work creating a mood board around your event, pulling our inventory ideas to create a bespoke event. You will be emailed a detailed proposal based on your phone call, a contract with specifics, and balance invoice with due dates. To move forward sign the contract and we will begin preparing for your event! All event balances must be paid in full 7 days prior to event date.
04.
24 hours Out
You will receive an email with any last minute details, location and contact info, and reminders for the big day! We will be in contact if anything changes such as weather, location issues, etc.
Any changes to headcount, special requests, etc must be made prior to this as we are busy preparing for the next day!
05.
The big event.
We look forward to setting up your dream event! A team member will be waiting for your arrival, please be on time- but not early, it is important to us that we are finished so that your first impression is fulfilled! We do not stay on site for picnics (bigger events we coordinate uniquely) so please do not leave the site until we return, or give us 2o mins notice if you would like to leave early.
